Westwood Colonial
Built in the 1930’s, this traditional saltbox colonial residence has been completely updated.
Sitting on an uphill site, the original entry pediment was restored – horizontal siding replaced the original stucco finish. A new bluestone slab staircase and entry terrace/courtyard were added to connect the building to the neighborhood.
All interior rooms have been refinished. The kitchen was repositioned to update the main level floor plan flow. An unconditioned sunporch was transformed into a den/bar. Millwork and detail abound completing this beautiful remodel.
