This long standing apartment complex needed new life for a new investor! The team at Donald Joseph Inc wanted to bring a hip, fun and functional environment to this large apartment property close to Sacramento State.

Needing to make the facility not only work for the Leasing team but for the tenants themselves, the team at Donald Joseph created a game room lounge as well as revamped the leasing center. Bright colors, cool, functional furniture, stylish lighting and sophisticated hard materials create a magnificent work/play space. We took old dated lobbies, completely scraped off all the old materials and brought in new furnishings.
