Inspired by the gracious estates seen in Cape Cod, this 6,500 square foot custom home blended that eastern aesthetic with a western open floor plan that features wide spacious windows and doors and multiple outdoor living areas to take advantage of the California climate.

Nestled into a grove of existing native oak trees, the Donald Joseph design team worked tirelessly to create an established feel to the estate that would blend in to the existing neighborhood, while creating a unique and functional family home for everyday living.
